An oral presentation should be planned for 16 minutes of talk followed by 4 minutes of discussion; in no case there will be more than 20 minutes time available.
Please make sure to have your notebook prepared at the time of presentation and have a safety copy of your presentation available.

For the preparation of a poster, please make sure it fits in an area of 175 cm width by 120 cm height. This area is suitable to present a poster in A0 format either in landscape or portrait format.
Since the poster sessions will be held at Schloss Ippenburg your poster needs to be posted on the appropriate display board just after the bus transfer on the day of presentation and removed on the same day.
